The Reflections Program is a nationwide cultural arts competition sponsored by the National PTA and Georgia PTA. It offers students the opportunity to express themselves through original creative work and to be recognized for their artistic talent and imagination.

All students from Pre-K through Grade 12 are invited to participate in the 2025–26 Reflections Competition. Each year, hundreds of thousands of students across the country create works of art based on a student-selected theme. Now in its 50+ year history, the program continues to help students explore their thoughts, feelings, and ideas; build artistic skills; gain confidence; and discover a lifelong love of learning

The PTA Reflections Program aims to:

Inspire students and families to creatively engage around the annual theme.
Share resources to support families' artistic endeavors and access arts education opportunities.
Provide student artists access to recognition and celebrations for their creative talent.
Encourage continued participation in the arts.

2025-26 REFLECTIONS SUBMISSIONS WILL BE COLLECTED ONLINE ONLY.

How to enter:

Only original works of art created entirely by the student will be accepted. All submissions are first evaluated at the school level, with two winners per grade level, per category, advancing to the East Cobb County Council (ECCC) level and potentially to the State and National competitions. Entries are judged on three criteria: Creativity, Technical Skill, and Interpretation of the Theme (which changes each year).
